Vocational Assessment, Counseling, Advocacy, & Consulting
We believe in the inherent worth of every person and honor the unique experiences each individual brings to our community. We affirm that diversity, equity, and inclusion foster personal growth and collective success. We celebrate the richness that differences in race, gender, age, religion, ability, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic background bring to our world.
We commit to creating and sustaining an environment inclusive of safety, respect, and value. We actively challenge discrimination and remove barriers that limit opportunity. We are neuroaffirming. We believe we achieve progress through intentional actions, ongoing learning, and mutual accountability. Through open dialogue and continued self-reflection, we foster meaningful connections and uplift every voice in our community. We stand for equity and justice. We strive to create an environment that empowers people to gain clarity, embrace their individuality, and confidently shape their future.

Successful workplace advocacy starts with identifying your needs and requirements. Collaboratively, we create a strategy that may involve accommodations, consultancy, and communication support, enabling you to thrive in a workplace that appreciates your contributions. Through ongoing conversations with employers and regular check-ins, we tackle challenges as they arise, ensuring your voice remains heard and valued.
We also collaborate with organizations to foster fair, equitable, and inclusive workspaces. By partnering with businesses, we provide team education, craft effective strategies, deliver engaging workshops, and implement supportive policies that empower employees, celebrate diversity, and encourage lasting success.

Meet Jennifer— "Jen"—who believes everyone has the human right to find meaningful and sustainable work that reflects who they are. She draws on professional, academic, and “lived” neurodivergent experience to offer holistic, mindful, affirming vocational evaluations, career exploration, advocacy, and consulting services. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling. She has credentials as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE).
In 2024, Jen founded Pendulum Voc under the umbrella of Bennett Collective, LLC, to help people discover their strengths, interests, and capabilities through personalized vocational assessment, counseling, advocacy, and consulting services. She offers comprehensive evaluations that empower individuals to move forward and make informed, confident choices. She has worked with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the California Department of Rehabilitation, and has also supported Veterans through the Personalized Career Guidance and Planning and Veteran Readiness and Employment programs, while holding leadership roles on professional committees to foster collaboration and growth.
Jen volunteered for many years as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate for youth in foster care, helping to organize fundraising activities in California and New Mexico. She has also been involved in animal rescues, especially for dogs and cats, and currently shares her life with her spouse and two cherished feline companions. When she is not working or volunteering, Jen explores the outdoors, continues research in her field, and deepens her expertise to promote a more inclusive and supportive world that celebrates each person’s race, gender, age, religion, ability, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic background.
