Service Provider for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) -Vocational Evaluation & Assessment
A vocational evaluation is a comprehensive process that assesses various aspects of your skills, interests, and personal qualities in relation to education, training, and employment. It reviews your work history, occupational interests, transferable job skills, and workplace traits. We also consider factors like personality, educational achievements, and medical or environmental needs that may affect your employment journey. Our goal is to provide insights that help you explore career paths that align with your unique profile and circumstances.
To be eligible for a vocational evaluation through the Colorado DVR, you must be a participant in the DVR program. Your DVR counselor is required to provide Pendulum Voc with a referral and the necessary authorization form. Pendulum Voc does not refer individuals to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to obtain a referral for vocational evaluation or assessment services.
We also offer these services at a reasonable investment for individuals not enrolled in CO DVR programs or for whom services were not authorized.

Workplace Advocacy and Consulting
Successful workplace advocacy starts with identifying your needs and requirements. Collaboratively, we create a strategy that may involve accommodations, consultancy, and communication support, enabling you to thrive in a workplace that appreciates your contributions. Through ongoing conversations with employers and regular check-ins, we tackle challenges as they arise, ensuring your voice remains heard and valued.
We also collaborate with organizations to foster fair, equitable, and inclusive workspaces. By partnering with businesses, we provide team education, craft effective strategies, deliver engaging workshops, and implement supportive policies that empower employees, celebrate diversity, and encourage lasting success.
