Vocational Assessment, Executive Function Coaching, & Workplace Advocacy
Jen Bennett, MA, CRC, CVE | Vocational Evaluator, Coach, & Disability Advocate
Welcome to Pendulum Voc
Hi, I’m Jen.
I help people figure out what they want to do with their lives, and then build the practical, real-world strategies to actually do it without burning out.
Whether you are a high school student navigating transition planning for the first time, an adult launching a brand new career path, or a corporate executive redefining your workday, you belong here.
I provide two distinct pathways depending on what you need. I offer objective, data-driven vocational assessments to map out your professional direction, as well as collaborative career coaching and fierce workplace advocacy to build your daily strategy. As an AuDHD practitioner myself, I partner with humans of all neurotypes, specializing deeply in supporting ADHD, Autistic, and AuDHD minds who are completely done trying to squeeze into standard boxes.
Career Mapping Built for Your Brain
Standard assessments often feel like rigid logic puzzles. Here, they are a practical tool to map your next career move. We look at your actual strengths, interests, and how your unique brain processes information to build a clear plan.
This is not theoretical guesswork. It is a data-driven evaluation that shows you exactly where you can excel without having to mask your true self. Whether you are a high school student planning your first steps or an adult ready to transition out of a bad fit, you will leave with concrete direction. Every assessment is conducted as a standalone, independent process to ensure absolute clinical objectivity for institutional, state agency, or private use.
What is Included:
Vocational Assessment: Discovering the environments where your brain feels supported.
Aptitude & Skills Profiling: Uncovering your natural cognitive strengths and transferable skills.
Brain-Compatible Career Plans: Leaving with a clear list of viable career paths that match your energy levels.
Career Strategy & Daily Execution
Knowing what you want to do is only half the battle. Actually navigating a job search, shifting fields, or managing your daily workload without burning out requires a real strategy. This is a collaborative space focused on long-term career growth and functional daily habits.
Whether you need a confidential 1:1 strategy partner or prefer the shared energy and accountability of a group coaching cohort, we focus on real-world application.
What We Work On:
Vocational Direction: Managing career pivots, planning major transitions, and setting professional goals that match your energy levels.
Executive Function Support: Practical tools for task paralysis, time-blindness, and energy preservation.
Workplace Advocacy: Identifying reasonable accommodations under the ADA so you can negotiate for what you actually need at work with confidence.
Flexible Formats: Private individual sessions for deep-dive strategy, or structured group programs for community support and shared learning.

The Practitioner Behind the Data
I am a data nerd, an AuDHD practitioner, and a fierce defender of tailored career paths. I hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, along with national credentials as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE).
Because I refused to settle for traditional, neurotypical ideas of "fixing" people, I looked outside the US and am completing my Certified ADHD Coach credential through ADHD Works in the UK.
My background in navigating institutional systems spans a wide range of geography. I have handled everything from federal contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to state-level programs across New Mexico, California, Colorado, and Washington. Having worked both inside and alongside these systems, I know exactly how to pull the right levers so rigid bureaucracy doesn't stand in your way.
Spoiler alert: you can't actually change how your brain is wired anyway. So let's stop trying to squeeze your operating system into a standard job description, and start using objective data or a targeted coaching strategy to make your working life adapt to you.
