About Pendulum Voc

Please note that Pendulum Voc is currently not accepting new referrals.

We have a waiting list for services, expected to open in early 2026.

We believe in the inherent worth of every person and honor the unique experiences each individual brings to our community. We affirm that diversity, equity, and inclusion foster personal growth and collective success. We celebrate the richness that differences in race, gender, age, religion, ability, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic background bring to our world.

We commit to creating and sustaining an environment inclusive of safety, respect, and value. We actively challenge discrimination and remove barriers that limit opportunity. We are neuroaffirming. We believe we achieve progress through intentional actions, ongoing learning, and mutual accountability. Through open dialogue and continued self-reflection, we foster meaningful connections and uplift every voice in our community. We stand for equity and justice. We strive to create an environment that empowers people to gain clarity, embrace their individuality, and confidently shape their future.

Jennifer Bennett, MRC, CRC, CVE

Meet Jennifer Bennett (she/they)— "Jen"—who believes everyone has the human right to find meaningful and sustainable work that reflects who they are. They draw on professional, academic, and “lived” neurodivergent experience to offer holistic, mindful, affirming vocational evaluations, career exploration, advocacy, and consulting services. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a graduate degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She has post-graduate credentials as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE).

Jen founded Pendulum Voc under the umbrella of Bennett Collective, LLC, to help people discover their strengths, interests, and capabilities through personalized vocational assessment, counseling, advocacy, and consulting services. They offer comprehensive evaluations that empower individuals to move forward and make informed, confident choices. She has worked with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the California Department of Rehabilitation, and has also supported Veterans through the Personalized Career Guidance and Planning and Veteran Readiness and Employment programs, while holding leadership roles on professional committees to foster collaboration and growth.

Jen volunteered for many years as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate for youth in foster care, helping to organize fundraising activities in California and New Mexico. They have also been involved in animal rescues, especially for our feline friends, and currently share their life with their spouse and two cherished feline companions. When she is not working or volunteering, Jen explores the outdoors, continues research in her field, and deepens her expertise to promote a more inclusive and supportive world that celebrates each person’s race, gender, age, religion, ability, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic background.

Ms. Bennett specializes in working with neurodivergent folk, although her doors are open to all.
